-You don't have to take your computer to a "big box" store and try to explain your problem to a clerk who then translates your problem to another tech....we come to your house and you explain and demonstrate your issue to us and then you decide on a course of action.....bottom line- you call the shots.
-We temporarily back up all data on your hard drive to a separate secure hard drive before we do any work on your computer. Why? Because while your computer is important.....your data is priceless. Most spyware/virus infections can be repaired, but in rare instances of severe infections- a hard drive will need to be completely formatted (erased) and it's a simple matter to reinstate all your pictures, music and documents after your hard drive is restored.
-We are honest.....on the rare occasion can't fix your problem, we'll be up front with you and try to refer you to someone that can help.
-We are fast. In most cases, we'll have your computer for less than 72 hours. In cases of severe infections, we'll possibly take longer to repair your computer but we'll call you after 48 hours to communicate our progress.
-We offer local pick up and delivery in the East York area.
-Our prices are extremely competitive....we are often less then half the price of the local "big box" store due to our much lower overhead.
-We stand behind our work, if you're unhappy for any reason, we'll refund your money...no questions asked. Bottom line, if you're not happy- we're not happy...we rely on "word of mouth" advertising- we can't afford to have any unsatisfied clients.
